Hello, I'm Claudia and, I'm thrilled to introduce you to our exceptional tequila. 

Doña Jimena artisanal tequila, is handcrafted with care in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. We moved to Vancouver with our young family from Mexico over 20 years ago. Our dream was to have our own tequila, but the timing was never quite right until now. 

Our goal was to craft the finest quality, responsibly sourced, small batch premium tequila.

Doña Jimena is named after our daughter Jimena.

Tequila Doña Jimena, is more than just a 

tequila; it's a passion project that embodies 

the spirit of tradition, quality, and innovation.

What sets us apart is our commitment to 

crafting a tequila that's not just about the 

taste, but also about the experience. We 

source the finest agave plants from the 

Highlands of Jalisco, where they thrive in the 

perfect climate and soil conditions. Our 

tequila is crafted using time-honored methods 

passed down through generations, ensuring
